About Us

Steve Roland - Co-Owner

Steve has worked in the Oil & Gas business since 1980. He spent 15 years with Halliburton after graduating from Texas A&M University in 1979. After leaving Halliburton, Steve joined a Houston based environmental engineering firm and gained 12 years of experience working on a variety of environmental projects. In 2007 Steve started ESR Environmental Consulting, LLC to serve the Oil and Gas Industry

Steven Roland - Operations Manager

Steven joined ESR in May of 2010 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Bioenvironmental Science. Through his work with ESR Environmental he has gained experience on various projects including Phase I, II, and III ESA's, SPCC plan inspections and plan preparation, soil and groundwater investigation, sampling, and remediation, air permitting, and many others

Erin Wexler-Adams - Project Manager

Erin joined ESR in 2013 to assist with air permitting, SPCC plans, and other office work. She has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University

Jennifer Roland - Co-Owner

Jennifer is the Co-Owner of ESR and provides administrative, financial and accounting services for the company
